“As we expand our roads, we remain devoted to providing a safe and convenient travel experience to the public by boosting our systems in traffic management. These additional cameras and message boards reinforce our main goal of providing safe and hassle-free mobility in all our expressways.”

The CCTV cameras are continuously monitored by traffic control specialists at the Traffic Control Center (TCR) to ensure around-the-clock surveillance and deliver real-time traffic updates in crucial locations.

The TCR serves as the central hub for the expressways’ traffic management system, enabling effective traffic control and facilitating the deployment of patrol crews and emergency response teams in response to incidents.

While NLEX Corporation has not explicitly mentioned whether the newly installed cameras include speed cameras that can tag speeding motorists, it’s better to take this new development as a reminder to monitor your speed closely when entering the expressway.
