MMPC Safety, Health and Environment Vice President Marfel Ancheta noted that the honors affirm the firm’s “shared commitment to sustainability.” “We remain dedicated to pursuing initiatives that help protect the environment and create long-term value for the community we serve,” the company executive added.
Leading the ceremony was Sta. Rosa City Mayor Arlene Arcillas and the leaders from the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO).
Earlier programs
Recently, MMPC also got a “Blood Services Platinum Award” from the Philippine Red Cross for its blood-donation initiatives.

Aside from that, it also held the “Support on Standby” program where it gave flood-affected customers up to 30-percent discount on parts. The initiative available until November 11, 2025.
A few months back, MMPC’s subsidiary Asian Transmission Corporation (ATC) took part in a forest preservation activity together with the Provincial Government of Laguna Environment and Natural Resources Office (Laguna ENRO).
MMPC also donated a total of P100,000 at the 2025 Sikad-Lakad-Takbo Fun Run event, which in turn was held to protect and rehabilitate the Silang-Santa Rosa River.
