To provide immediate relief to motorists amid rising fuel prices, the new segment will be toll-free for 30 days, which would hopefully ease the financial burden on commuters and is seen as an action towards creating more accessible and productive community interactions. President Marcos mentioned that this initiative is part of creating a nation where Filipinos can easily access and traverse their communities.
“This will introduce our new roads, expressways to those who are in need of that transport system. I now count on our Toll Regulatory Board to ensure the immediate implementation, for the benefit of the riding and the transport public.”
Bongbong Marcos
President of the Philippines
The interchange is predicted to help about 23,000 vehicles each day, showing just how much of an impact it can make on easing the daily commute.
