The new Micra EV comes in two versions. The first has a 40 kWh battery, 90 kW power, and up to 308 km of range. The second has a 52 kWh battery, 110 kW power, and up to 408 km of range. The smaller one charges at 80 kW, while the bigger one can charge at 100 kW, topping up from 15 percent to 80 percent in just 30 minutes. Both versions come with V2L (Vehicle-to-Load), so you can plug in other devices using the car’s battery. They also include a heat pump and battery cooling system as standard.

Inside, the Micra has a 10.1-inch touchscreen in the middle and another 10.1-inch screen behind the steering wheel. Google services are built in, so you can use the mic to change the temperature, set your navigation, or play music. There are three seat styles available depending on the trim: Modern, Chill, and Audacious. For a small car, it offers good space. It’s under 4 meters long and less than 1.8 meters wide, making it easy to drive and park. Still, the trunk holds 326 liters, or 1,106 liters with the seats down. It’s only available as a five-door, and there are 14 colors to choose from, including two-tone options.

The new electric Nissan Micra comes with up to 408 km range, two battery sizes, and a smart cabin.

You don’t need to fly to Japan to get a view of Mount Fuji, just open the center tray in the new Micra. The Nissan Micra is now on its sixth generation, and this time, it’s fully electric. Made for everyday driving in the city, the new Micra is small, smart, and offers a good range with two battery options.

It’s built on the same platform as the Renault 5, but Nissan gave it a different look, making it more SUV-like, with 18-inch wheels, chunky wheel arches, and clean surfaces. One of its small but fun touches is a molded Mount Fuji design hidden inside the front center storage tray, which traces to its Japanese roots.

The car is light, 1,400 kg for the 40 kWh and 1,524 kg for the 52 kWh version, and the battery is placed low, which helps the car feel stable on the road. It uses independent struts in front and a multi-link setup in the back, which is often found in bigger cars. Safety features include ProPilot Assist, adaptive cruise control, and emergency braking, plus other driver aids to help keep you safe while driving or parking.

The new Micra still has the same easy, everyday feel, but now it’s electric, smarter, and made for what drivers need today. While we wait for more updates on its launch, you can check out what Nissan already has on AutoDeal.com.ph.
