Technology has become one of the biggest selling points in cars today, and Hyundai continues to prove why it’s a trusted name in this space. Hyundai Motor Company has been named the top mass-market brand for technology in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Tech Experience Index (TXI) Study, making this its sixth straight year at the top. The award shows how Hyundai continues to bring useful and reliable features to its customers.

The TXI Study, now in its tenth year, looks at how well carmakers bring new technology to the market. It measures how innovative the features are, how easy they are to use, and how much value they bring to drivers, based on customer feedback. The 2025 study gathered responses from more than 76,000 new car owners in the U.S. after 90 days of use.

The 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe stood out this year by winning the Mass-Market Driver Assist and Connected Vehicle Awards. Its Blind-Spot View Monitor was praised for helping drivers see areas not covered by regular mirrors. When the turn signal is on, side cameras show live video of the blind spot on the instrument panel, helping drivers make safer lane changes.

The model’s phone-based Digital Key also received recognition for the second year in a row. This feature allows owners to unlock and start the SANTA FE using just their smartphone. The updated Digital Key 2 Premium is available in most trims and works with Near-Field Communication (NFC), Ultra-Wideband (UWB), and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). It also makes it possible to share access with other users, removing the need for a traditional key fob.

These features are included in Hyundai SmartSense, the brand’s package of safety and driver assist systems. Being named the top brand in the TXI Study for six years in a row shows how Hyundai is making advanced technology available to more drivers. When it comes to technology, Hyundai always gets it right. The brand has built a solid reputation for it through the years. See their full lineup without leaving home at AutoDeal.com.ph.
