Changan Auto maintains its position as one of China’s leading brands, bolstered by the recent JD Power China Initial Quality Study (IQS). Since 2018, Changan has consistently been recognized as the highest-ranked Chinese domestic brand in the JD Power IQS. This study, spanning 23 years, examines the concerns of new vehicle owners in their first six months of ownership, covering various categories such as features, exterior, interior, infotainment system, and more. Changan’s success is further affirmed by the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), which listed them among the top five best-selling brands in China and one of the top 10 best-selling new energy vehicle (NEV) brands in the country.
This, along with Changan’s proven BlueCore technology through their CS35 Plus endurance test, further demonstrates the engine’s durability. The vehicle traveled across the country for seven months under varying road and weather conditions, accumulating a total mileage of 100,000 kilometers, equivalent to five years of typical usage. Remarkably, the CS35 Plus powered by the Blue Core engine remained in excellent roadworthy condition even after this arduous journey, requiring only consumable parts like brake pads, oil, tires, wiper blades, and drive belts to be replaced. Hence, Changan owners here in the Philippines have peace of mind that their vehicle is robust and durable for the years to come.
