In addition, the headlights also get a redesign, now featuring LED DRLs in a distinct, sleek shape. Down below, Nissan has introduced a fresh set of 17-inch wheels with a diamond-cut, two-tone finish. These wheels will be exclusive to the SR Variant of the Versa for the US market, a trim that is not available in the Almera’s sold in the Philippines, so the ASEAN market might get a different set of rims.
As for power? We think it’s unlikely that the 2023 Nissan Almera will undergo significant changes under the hood. So expect that Nissan’s subcompact will retain its existing 1.0-liter, three-cylinder turbocharged engine. The engine we’ve got in the current Almera pumps out 99 hp and generates a torque of 160 or 152 Nm depending on the transmission.
