We knew it was only some time until the all-new Nissan Z would arrive here in the Philippine archipelago, and after encountering some initial production delays during its launch phase, Nissan dealers in the Philippines are now prepared to accept orders for the brand-new Nissan Z. This latest iteration of the Nissan Z lineup ditches the numerical prefix in its name (yes, it’s not called the 400Z as many people have speculated), although it could easily be referred to as the “400Z” due to its formidable twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine, generating an impressive 400 hp and 475 Nm of torque.
The significant boost in power and torque is achieved through several innovative features. The all-new Z incorporates small-diameter turbochargers coupled with a turbo speed sensor to ensure the optimal utilization of these turbochargers. Moreover, it boasts an electronic variable valve timing (e-VVT) intake valve system that adapts the intake valve timing on the fly, delivering exceptional responsiveness and fuel efficiency across a wide range of driving scenarios.
The Nissan Z is finally in the Philippines—With a P3,888,000 price tag
It was only a matter of time until the all-new Nissan Z reached our shores, and it’s finally here in the metal, looking absolutely stunning.

In the Philippines, Nissan offers two transmission options for the new Z. You can opt for a nine-speed automatic transmission or stick with tradition and choose the six-speed close-ratio manual with auto rev-matching. Notably, the manual version comes equipped with a high-performance clutch and introduces a launch control system—a first for Nissan in this regard.
Underneath its sleek exterior, the Nissan Z (RZ34) still rides on the brand’s renowned Front Midship platform. However, it features enhancements in rigidity, an electric power steering system, and a redesigned shock absorber setup with a larger diameter up front. Additionally, a mechanical clutch-type limited slip differential (LSD) comes as a standard feature, ensuring superb handling and traction.
Regarding pricing, both the manual and automatic versions are available at the same price point of P3,888,000. While this represents a substantial price increase compared to the previous 370Z, the all-new Z justifies this premium with an extensive list of standard equipment. This includes 19-inch forged RAYS wheels, a comprehensive exterior aero kit, luxurious powered leather/suede seats, aluminum pedals, a cutting-edge nine-inch infotainment system featuring NissanConnect, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto compatibility, as well as an eight-speaker Bose sound system featuring Active Noise Cancellation and Active Sound Enhancement.

In terms of safety and driver assistance technologies, the all-new Z leaves no stone unturned. It boasts a suite of advanced features such as Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, High Beam Assist, and Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, ensuring a safe and secure driving experience.

All in all, despite initial production hiccups, the Nissan Z has finally arrived in the Philippines, offering an exciting blend of power, performance, and cutting-edge technology, albeit at a higher price point compared to its predecessor. With its exceptional features and impressive specifications, it’s poised to make a lasting impression on sports car enthusiasts in the country.
