H2809005 MAMAS BOY MABILIS L4BASAN part2

The Suzuki Swift has been in the market for quite some time now, and the subcompact hatchback is one of the most popular cars in the brand’s lineup, whether in Japan, India, or even the Philippines. We can expect a big update to happen in 2024.

Suzuki will be unveiling something before the year ends. At this point, the Swift is already seven years old and the update brings a new and refreshed face to the hatchback. As far as the concept goes, it follows most of the lines that the current model has but with tweaks to the front end. Unfortunately, the rear wasn’t leaked so we’ll have to wait for the official unveiling.

Other details we can see here include a relocated rear door handle. The current model’s rear door handles are in the C-pillar, and now it’s moved back to the “normal” spot.

While it may not look it, the Swift has also changed up its overall look. We’re quite used to the cuts and curves of the third generation, but it appears that we’re getting all-new panels for the 2024 Swift. The hood is a lot more pronounced. The front is overall a lot rounder and sleeker compared to the model it replaces, and the grille actually shrunk.

The lighting array is largely the same. We’re assuming that LED headlights will be an option or standard for the model, and we’re also seeing foglights as well. We’re also spotting some silver accents here and there, and it appears that Suzuki wants to black out its roof and pillars for a sleek look.

The fourth-generation concept model will be unveiled at the Japan Mobility Show this year, and while the exterior is one thing, the question of what engine is in it is probably what we’re hotly anticipating. Just like the Ertiga Hybrid, Suzuki could be going forward with its electrification plans with its popular hatchback.

If you look closely at the front fender, you might be able to spot the “hybrid” badge, which may indicate that Suzuki’s mild-hybrid system could make it onto the Swift. Then, if you check out the grille, there is a cut-out under the Suzuki badge, probably for the advanced driver assist system (ADAS) and camera under it. We’re assuming that the Swift will get a ton of features in its next generation, and we’re excited to see what value Suzuki can bring to the table with the Swift if it or when it comes to the Philippines.

The 2024 Suzuki Swift concept was unveiled ahead of schedule

The Suzuki Swift will get a well-deserved update, and a leaked photo reveals a new face for the subcompact hatchback for the 2024 year model.

However, this is still labeled as a concept, so there is still room for change. Whether this is close to the final or the final form of the new Swift, it looks good, and we’d like to see it in person.
