Suzuki Philippines Incorporated, a trailblazing distributor of compact cars in the Philippines, has recently taken a momentous step to improve its ability to serve a wider customer base in one of the country’s largest provinces. The company has relocated its Suzuki Auto 3S Shop in Isabela to a more convenient and accessible location within the province, marking a significant development in their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The previous site, located at Km 335 Maharlika Highway, Barangay Batal in Santiago City, has now been replaced by the new Suzuki Auto Isabela 3S Shop, situated in a spacious 2,000 square meter area in Purok 3, Barangay Malapat in Cordon. This strategic move is the result of a collaboration between Suzuki Philippines and ESJAY Auto Group’s Elite North Autocars, Inc., highlighting their dedication to enhancing their services in the region.

Norihide Takei, the General Manager for the Automobile Division at Suzuki Philippines, emphasized the driving force behind this significant change. He expressed, “We have decided to move to a new location. A bigger, more accessible, and customer-centric Suzuki Auto Isabela 3S Shop at the heart of the province means our fellow citizens will receive the service they rightfully deserve. Whether it’s the purchase of their first car, the search for necessary spare parts, or availing after-sales services, they can now access it all at our new location.” During the grand unveiling of the new facility, Takei shared his enthusiasm for the improved service center.

Takei also highlighted their expectations that the relocation will benefit a broader customer base in Isabela and its neighboring provinces. He underlined that this move was both practical and imbued with optimism, saying, “They say that every move, whether starting a new business or relocating it, brings a fresh start and numerous opportunities to look forward to. With our latest collaboration with Elite North Autocars, Inc., we share this positive outlook, an uplifting energy, and an inspiring vibe that allows us to fulfill our promise of bringing Suzuki cars to more Filipino families.”

The new Suzuki Auto Isabela facility offers a four-unit display area, perfectly suited for showcasing iconic Suzuki models like the New Ertiga Hybrid, S-Presso AGS, XL7, Jimny, and other high-value Suzuki vehicles. In terms of vehicle maintenance, check-ups, and other service-related concerns, the new location boasts six service bays staffed by capable and highly motivated personnel and mechanics, ready to assist every customer.

The Suzuki Auto Isabela showroom and service shop are now open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, demonstrating Suzuki’s dedication to providing enhanced services and convenience to its valued customers in the region. This strategic relocation reflects Suzuki’s unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
