Established in 1967, Hyundai has a presence in more than 200 countries and is transforming into a Smart Mobility Solution Provider, focusing on cutting-edge technologies, including robotics and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM).
The IONIQ 5 N, introduced in July 2023, was Hyundai’s entry into high-performance electric vehicles, combining Hyundai Motor Group’s Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) with N’s motorsport-inspired technology. The model is quite like a start in Hyundai’s plan to make more high-performance electric cars.
By the way, this isn’t the first time Hyundai has brought home an award. The company’s previous models, IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6, won three titles each at the 2022 and 2023 World Car of the Year awards. These models were recognized as the best in the World Car of the Year, World Electric Vehicle, and World Car Design categories.
With Hyundai’s vision for a sustainable future, Hyundai is leading the charge in introducing zero-emission vehicles… and bagging of awards! The final winners for the 2024 World Car Awards will be announced at a ceremony at the New York International Auto Show on March 27, 2024.
