(BAIC) vehicles. With a history dating back to 1958, BAIC is a well-known car maker from China, and they’ve sold millions of vehicles in over 50 countries. Now, they’re setting their sights on the Philippine market with a range of SUVs and crossovers.

The upcoming Philippine BAIC range includes all-SUV-and-crossover models like the B40, B60, B80 (true SUVs), and the X55 and X7 crossovers. Each model comes with a 5-year or 150,000 km warranty. On top of these, more SUV models from BAIC are expected to be available later in the year.
The higher-end BAIC models feature modern design elements and luxury features like large touchscreen displays, automatic LED headlamps, and four-wheel drive systems. Safety and performance are also included, with multiple airbags and advanced electronic driver-assist systems.
BAIC Philippines’ grand public launch is scheduled for the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) from April 4-7. The BAIC dealership and service network will be announced in the near future.
What makes BAIC’s cars different in the Philippines is most probably their 4×4 SUV models, perfect for those who love off-road adventures, aka most Filipinos. These SUVs come with strong diesel engines, making them a top pick for business owners and active lifestyle enthusiasts.
