Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) proudly announced its latest achievement, receiving the ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System. The certification was officially awarded on November 11, 2024, by TÜV Rheinland, a global leader in testing and certification services. IPC President Tetsuya Fujita accepted the certification during a ceremony held at the company’s headquarters.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an internationally recognized standard on quality management and efficient operations. It shows IPC’s pledge to guarantee its processes meet strict international standards, covering administration, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales services. The certification process involved a thorough audit conducted by TÜV Rheinland, evaluating IPC’s systems and processes. The audit confirmed that IPC’s operations comply with the ISO requirements, proving its continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Speaking at the event, IPC President Tetsuya Fujita thanked the IPC team for their hard work in meeting the ISO standards. He mentioned that through the improvement of its internal processes, the company can better focus on serving its customers with high-quality products and services. TÜV Rheinland Philippines’ Managing Director, Tristan Loveres, also attended the ceremony and commended IPC for its efforts. He stated that achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification is not easy and shows IPC’s responsibility to quality management, benefiting both the company and its customers.
