If you’ve been waiting for more electric options, here’s something new. The Dongfeng Nissan N7 is a new electric sedan now available in China. It has a low and wide look, smooth lines, and a full-width rear light bar. It also includes frameless doors, hidden handles, and up to 19-inch wheels. Buyers can pick from six colors and two interior styles.

It has two battery options: 58 kWh and 73 kWh. The lower one can go up to 510km, while the larger battery can go as far as 635km. Both versions are front-wheel drive and have one electric motor, with power ranging from 160kW to 200kW and 305 Nm of torque. Charging is fast—up to 80% in just 19 minutes using DC fast charging.

Inside, the N7 has plenty of tech. There’s a large 15.6-inch display with high-quality graphics and a Snapdragon chip for smooth use. The front seats adjust automatically using sensors, offer massage features, and come with added support for the legs. A built-in fridge can cool or warm drinks, and up to 14 speakers are available on higher trims. The car also comes with a driver assist system that helps with lane changes, turns, and even parking.

On the other hand, the all-new Frontier Pro is Nissan’s first-ever plug-in hybrid pickup. It mixes Nissan’s pickup experience with new electric tech. It has a 1.5-liter turbo engine and a strong electric motor that together can produce over 300kW and up to 800Nm of torque. It can also run on electricity alone for around 135km.

The truck’s outside design includes a lit-up Nissan logo and triple LED lights that nod to the old Nissan Hardbody pickup. All models come with 18-inch wheels, and the interior has a panoramic roof, massage seats, and a 14.6-inch screen. It also includes a plug that lets you power small devices using the truck’s battery.

The Frontier Pro will be made and sold in China, and Nissan plans to export it to other markets later on. No word yet on whether the Philippines is one of those markets, but if it does arrive, it could be a good fit for buyers looking for a hybrid truck. With Nissan bringing in more hybrid and electric models, there’s a chance we’ll see even more choices coming our way in the Philippines. For now, you can browse what’s available at AutoDeal.com.ph.
