The Tokyo Auto Salon 2025 is coming up fast, and Mitsubishi Motors is bringing some custom cars to the spotlight. Mitsubishi Motors is ready to join the Tokyo Auto Salon 2025, happening from January 10 to 12 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan. The lineup includes eight vehicles, with the Triton as the “main character,” alongside other exciting models.

Mitsubishi Motors is bringing a range of vehicles to the Tokyo Auto Salon 2025, with the Triton pickup truck taking the limelight. Visitors can expect to see three special versions of the Triton. Brand ambassador Hiromi has created a lowered version made for metropolitan driving. The display will also feature the winning model from a custom contest in Japan and a special event vehicle made in partnership with Red Bull Japan. The event version is equipped with a DJ booth in the cargo bed, showing off the Triton’s adaptability.
The Outlander PHEV will also make an appearance as the Night Seeker Concept. The version features the vehicle’s rugged features, integrating its practicality with an unusual design inspired by the Metal Gear Solid video game series. For minivan enthusiasts, the Delica D:5 Black Edition Active Seeker will also be on display. This version stands out with its matte finish, earthy tones, and graphics inspired by Hokkaido’s rugged landscape. Mitsubishi is also bringing rally models, including the Triton rally car and two Delica support cars, which recently completed the Asia Cross Country Rally (AXCR) 2024, covering over 2,000 kilometers of challenging terrain.

The Triton rally car has been upgraded for better performance, featuring a widened tread and a new rear suspension system. Meanwhile, the Delica D:5 and Delica Mini support cars have been equipped with off-road tires, lift-up suspension, and engine guards, proving their reliability on tough roads.
