Electric Vehicles in the Philippines for under P1 million

Updated: August 19, 2025

Electric vehicles (EVs) have gained a steady foothold in the Philippine market. Though they’re nowhere near as prevalent as internal combustion engines, the choice of EVs in the Philippines has grown over the past few years, spanning a wide price range.

Now, though the EV market has grown quite a bit, charging infrastructure is still not quite widespread, so if you’re looking to get an EV, it likely won’t be your main mode of transportation. So what are your choices if you’re looking for an EV in a specific budget, say, P1,000,000? Using our comprehensive Car Guide, we’ve selected the following EVs that are not only great urban runabouts, but also slide under our P1,000,000 budget.
